Each client begins with a free 30-minute Discovery Session.
After the initial meeting, then clients may purchase packages or individual sessions. I recommend beginning with at least a package of 3 sessions in order to experience the benefits of coaching. Payment will be received before sessions begin.
I offer both in-person coaching or coaching through video chat.
